Cetiya is a Black and White Cyberpunk webcomic. I’m sure you like or have affinity to cyberpunk because you’re here! Cetiya has a very unique take on the cyberpunk genre. Normally, cyberpunk or, for that matter any “punk” is about technology. Whether it’s anachronistic, or futuristic, it’s about fantasizing about technology. Cetiya is true to it’s origin with a slight twist.. People use these cybernetic add-on’s to be able to cast spells. Cetiya mixes fantasy and cyberpunk in that way. I had no idea what was going on for the longest time, but then I read his about page and that helped. Then again, English is my third language and I use that as an excuse for everything. I’m also really curious as to how people pronounce Cetiya. Click here and take a look!
Here’s a video of me, making SPINE. Several pages! I’m driving back and forth california and shaving in there somewhere.
The music is by Audigraffiti. The song is called In The Rain and it’s from their new album: The New Machine. They’re one of my favorite bands to draw to. I also draw while listening to several podcasts, including “Stuff You Should Know”, “This American Life” and “Car Talk”.
That’s enough about all this. The first chapter of the webcomic is released via graphicly and the second chapter will follow soon after, in April.
Cheers!

G’day SPINERS!
We are highlighting an excellent webcomic this week. It is not an easy task to write a story that can be read in many ways and still be a rewarding experience. School Spirit accomplishes this very well.
The webcomic updates three times a week, in form of four panel comic strips. They work as dailies. You can just click on the randoms during a smoko and have a blast! That’s not all. School Spirit have several story arcs that are formed by these daily comics! So, Daniel had to write these short daily strips that are solid on their own, and as a group they form a great story. When I first started reading – well, at first I noticed the ears – then, this writing technique sort of blew my mind. I’ve seen many comics try and fail at this.
I never like talking about the story in detail because I think everything is a spoiler and the archive could be intimidating, because there are over 1000 comics here…. Don’t worry, Daniel directs us in a great way. I would encourage clicking on the new readers link once you get there. Also, do yourself a favor and definitely check out the Strine. You’ll love it.
To sum it all up: School Spirit is a really fun, uplifting webcomic for all ages. Click to here to check it out!
